Stall Opening in June 2012....
Enjoy boarding at a farm where all your horses needs are met and you never  have to worry about your horse!
Hay all day long,  consistent turnout, bedding in stalls that are  cleaned daily,  clean water buckets, arenas dragged and watered..... a  regular  schedule 7 days a week!  Be surrounded by happy horse owners  and horses, you ask we deliver.  Well, actually, it is already done you do not have to ask ☺

We  also have  several horses for lease -  an Arabian who showed to Second Level, a large gaited warmblood that requires a skilled rider and can jump the moon,  and an A show circuit hunter....please contact Kristin - blythedale@comcast.net

Coventry Equestrian Center, nestled on 32 rolling acres in southwestern Pennsylvania near Washington PA, was established in 1993. Blythedale,* the owner’s e-mail address, was the name of her favorite horse and it means "happy valley" in Celtic. Coventry means "to protect," thus, the horses living at Coventry are protected in this happy valley. *

At Coventry we offer horse-friendly boarding covering all your horse's needs: fresh water, stalls cleaned daily, regular turnout in safe groups, and an evening feeding of hay and water. Our boarders at Coventry are here because of the excellent care, quiet atmosphere and reasonable rates. We cater to the horses, and they are happy.

Lesson in dressage (or gymnastic training for the horse)  are available at Coventry.   Our students learn to not only ride but  train their own horses developing  the skills to be a true and tactful equestrian. The owner/manager, Kristin Hermann, specializes in teaching good riding / training with a natural horsemanship (non evasive) approach - the result is harmony between horse and rider!   Horses are never  coerced into performing and you can see this training philosophy portrayed in their attitudes.

Students from Coventry compete in dressage, hunter, and  jumpers . A well-trained, balanced and relaxed horse will perform better at any discipline.  And,  correct  riding skills will benefit a rider for a lifetime of enjoyment in their chosen equestrian discipline.

Outside clinicians teach at Coventry and outside trainers are welcome.

Coventry  hosts two Western Pennsylvania Dressage Association (WPDA) shows a year. See upcoming events for details. Contact Kristin about riding or boarding at Coventry and/or for a farm tour.
